Appearance
A general-purpose citation template for sources that do not fit the book, magazine, web or news citation templates.
Suitable sources include information cards, leaflets, certificates, exhibition labels, archival documents and correspondence.
Usage
Place the template inside reference tags:

Parameters
- author — person or organisation credited with creating the source.
- title — title of the source. If it has no title, supply a short descriptive title.
- type — source format, such as Information card, Certificate of authenticity or Leaflet.
- publisher — organisation that issued or published the source.
- date — date of the source, where known.
- year — year of the source, if a full date is unavailable. Ignored when date is supplied.
- page — a single page number.
- pages — a page range or several page numbers. Ignored when page is supplied.
- reference — document number, product code, archival reference or other identifying code.
- url — optional online location of the source.
- access-date — date on which the online source was consulted.
- notes — additional details, such as the location of information on an unnumbered card.
All parameters except title may be omitted. Do not enter an upload or scan date as the publication date.

Reusing a reference
After defining a named reference, reuse it with:
