PhantomWiki:Interface administrators
Interface administrators can edit site-wide CSS, JavaScript and JSON pages in the MediaWiki namespace.
These pages can affect the appearance or operation of PhantomWiki for every visitor. Interface-administrator access should therefore be restricted to trusted users who understand the security implications of editing site-wide code.
As PhantomWiki is a personal wiki, this access is normally restricted to PhantomSteve.
