Template:FDC checklist row

Starts one cover row in Isle of Man First Day Cover Checklist and updates the year, decade and overall counters.

• First cover row in a yearly table: {{FDC checklist row|1970|first|year=1975}}
• First cover of a later issue group in that table: {{FDC checklist row|1970|new}}
• Another cover of the same issue: {{FDC checklist row|1970}}

The first parameter is the decade’s starting year. Supply year= on the first row of each yearly table; subsequent rows use that year automatically.

The first and new markers each count one issue; only new adds the double-line class. Every call counts one cover. Use once per cover row, replacing the ordinary row separator.
