Questa designed and printed the stamps by [[wikipedia:en:Lithography|lithography]]. They are perforated 14 × 13½ and were issued in sheets of 100 (10 × 10). The plate numbers are 1A and 1B, each ×3; the imprint is in the left-hand corner of the bottom margin.<ref name="SG2022" />
