Starts one cover row in [[Isle of Man First Day Cover Checklist]] and updates the decade counters.

* First cover row in a yearly table: <nowiki>{{FDC checklist row|1970|first}}</nowiki>
* First cover of a later issue group in that table: <nowiki>{{FDC checklist row|1970|new}}</nowiki>
* Another cover of the same issue: <nowiki>{{FDC checklist row|1970}}</nowiki>

Replace 1970 with the decade’s starting year. The first and new markers each count one issue; only new adds the double-line class. Every call counts one cover. Use once per cover row, replacing the ordinary row separator.
